It is learnt that on 21.08.2023, a detailed order has been passed, as to how the petitioner's grievance cannot be redressed.

In the light of the aforementioned decision, the petitioner has fresh cause of action, if he is aggrieved, he has to invoke remedy under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985, in filing original application before the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal. 4.

Accordingly, the present writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No.19874 of 2019 stands disposed of. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 21.08.2023 in accordance with law.
