2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , allegation against these petitioners is of commission of assault with lathi on the head of informant due to which informant sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature .

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

5 . Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62885 of 2024(2) dt.24-09-2024 2/2 and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Arwal in connection with Mahendia P.S. case No. 161 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
