From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 and 2, it appears that the petitioner had appeared in the Intermediate Annual Examination, 2019 as a compartmental examinee in the Chemistry subject only and was declared pass.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this writ application seems to have become infructuous and is being dismissed accordingly.
