The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Naugachiya (R.P.F.) P.S. Case No. 05 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 3 R.P. (U.P.) Act.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten
