It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he could not appear within the period as prescribed as he had undergone eye operation, as such he has prayed for some more time to surrender before the court below, in view of the direction made in order dated 06.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.8849 of 2017. Heard learned Special P.P.

Having heard both sides, such type of plea is not tenable in the eye of law, however, taking lenient view of the matter, two weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and the learned court below considering

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24570 of 2017 (3) dt.05-07-2017 order dated 06.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.8849 of 2017 will pass appropriate order and till then no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
