JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

This is a case under Section 498A I.P.C. The petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail on 05.09.2019. Today Mr. Anish Kumar, learned counsel for opposite party No.2 as well as learned counsel for the petitioner informed the Court that both the spouse are living together, they have settled their dispute.
