2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that though the case has been lodged under Section 414/34 of the I.P.C., but unfortunate part is that the petitioner has moved before this Court in anticipatory bail in the year 2011 in which vide order dated 16.06.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No.19021 of 2011, this Court has directed to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail. With this view, the case was disposed off, but petitioner has failed to surrender and then, filed a fresh application before this Court again for anticipatory bail.

3. In this background, this Court is not inclined to pass any order on merit and only directs to the petitioner to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74560 of 2024(3) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 comply the said order which has been passed by this Court which is mentioned above.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the bail application stands rejected.
