13. 26-02-2015 After some argument, learned counsel for petitioners, in presence of learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 2 as well as Sri Rajendra Narayan, learned senior counsel, who was assisted by Sri Binod Kumar, learned counsel for respondent no. 4, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition with an indication that if the petitioners feel aggrieved with the impugned order, they may avail remedy before the Land Tribunal constituted under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.

The prayer is allowed.
