The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant being the Circle Officer of Bagaha-1 Circle during inspection found a person on the counter of the circle office and on search certain certificates were recovered. On enquiry the said person namely, Arjun Sah suggested that the caste and income certificates were prepared by the petitioner Chhote Singh after taking rupees one hundred fifty and birth certificate in rupees eight hundred.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

No.23127 of 2016 (2) dt.23-05-2016 2/2 petitioner that said Arjun Sah has not been made accused from whom certificates were recovered and only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, District - West Champaran in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
