The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kasichak (Sahpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019 registered under Section 354 and 379/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56075 of 2019(3) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 case between the parties. Further submission is that petitioner have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Kashichak (Sahpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
