JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 In this application filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report of Buddha Colony P.S. Case No.93 of 2014 dated 21.3.2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been contended that during the pendency of the case the police have already submitted final report holding the accusation to be "false".
