Mr.Smt. Kumari Amrita- Gp10 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Counsel for the respondent State.

It is submitted by Counsel for the petitioners that the claim raised in the writ petition is covered by the decision in the case of State of Bihar & others vs. Harendra Mishra in LPA No. 1047 of 2017.

In view of such submission the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities to consider claim of the petitioners and if the same is found similarly situated and covered by the judgment in the case of State of Bihar & ors vs. Harendra Mishra, it is needless to say that the petitioner would be entitled to the same treatment as the petitioners in the said case.

4/4 It is submitted by Counsel for the petitioners that in respect of IA Nos. 9034 of 2016 and 4214 of 2017 he may be permitted to raise the grievance of the petitioners therein in appropriate proceeding.

The said prayer of the petitioners is allowed. The I.A. are therefore dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for by the petitioners.
