The Petitioner apprehends her arrest in Birpur P.S. Case No.214 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 498-A, 494, 307/34 Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is allegedly second wife of the husband of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that she caught hold the hair of the informant. There is specific allegation against the husband of assaulting the victim with spade.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3605 of 2017 (2) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 from today in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No.214 of 2015, she shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
