The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 420, 406, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that she gave Rs.

14,00,000/- for purchasing a flat but the builder is not receiving her call and he is demanding Rs. 5,00000/-. Petitioner is a builder. It appears that builder had entered into an agreement with the informant for sale of flat and pursuance thereof he received money. The dispute is of civil nature. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent and he is involved in five criminal cases of similar nature but since he is in jail since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11261 of 2015 (2) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 05.05.2014, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Manoj Kumar-V, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna in Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 195 of 2013.
