2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- "I. For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondents concerned to comply with the instructions issued by the Principal Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department, Bihar, Patna vide Letter No. 2P/Mu-3-91/2019/1921/P.R. Patna,

Patna High Court CWJC No.13240 of 2025(2) dt.21-08-2025 2/3 dated 06.03.2020 to the All District Magistrate's. The said letter mandates that proceedings against representatives of the three-tier Panchayati Raj Institutions must be initiated only after due verification, with supporting documentary evidence and a duly filled checklist as per the prescribed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), ensuring transparency and fairness.

II. For direction to the concerned respondents authorities (Respondent No.1) to taking legal action against the concerned Respondent No.5 (E. Arvind Kumar Singh, Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Patna) for not complying with the instructions / Guideline of the Respondent No-1, that proceedings against Representatives of the Three-Tier Panchayati Raj Institutions.

III. For any other relief or reliefs, either independently or consequentially, in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the proposed action taken against his wife, and therefore, he has filed the present writ petition.

4. Learned counsel for the State on the other hand raised a preliminary objection and submits that the wife of the petitioner was a former Mukhiya against whom, FIR has been

5. This Court is of the firm view that the present writ petition is not maintainable, as it is a frivolous case. Accordingly, the writ petition is hereby dismissed. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U
