JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Murar P. S. Case No.44 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has instructions not to press the application. The case diary has already been received.

On perusal of the first information report, it would appear that the petitioner and others caught hold of informant and dragged him to the terrace and threw him from there as a result of which he became senseless and was undergoing treatment. The injury report suggests that the injured had got fracture of his ribs.
