Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per prosecution case, 3.600 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from the straw house situated near the house of this petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no concern with the straw house in question and is situated outside. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let
