The petitioner is directed to go to his in-laws house to bring back the opposite party no.2 with her children within one week. In case the petitioner brings back the opposite party no.2 and her children then after surrender within four weeks the petitioner shall be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M-II, Chapra, DistrictSaran in connection with Marhowrah (Gaura O.P.) P.S. Case No.
