2. It transpires to this Court that notices were issued in this case vide order dated 20.02.2025, but the said order has not been complied with, rather, no document or requisite has been filed for issuance of notice. Vide order No. 4 dated 01.05.2025, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner, and a specific direction was given on that date that if within the said period the order dated 20.02.2025 shall not be complied, this case shall be dismissed without further reference to a Bench.

3. It transpires from the office notes that the said order has not been complied with.
