Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of three weeks on resumption of physical mode. The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 498(A), 420, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is to demand of dowry and torture.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70167 of 2021(2) dt.08-06-2022 2/2 allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the informant and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 208 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
