Case No. 126 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 353, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
