Learned counsel for the State submits that the order dated 13th August 2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18016 of 2013 has been complied with, as per the order of this Court, a reasoned order has been passed.

In such view of the matter, there is no need to proceed with the matter further. Accordingly this contempt application is dismissed. However, the petitioner if so advised, may take a legal course, as available in law.
