Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the grievance of the petitioner is required to be redressed in light of order dated 07.07.2020 passed in CWJC No. 10632 of 2019 (Ram Sevak Paswan v. the State of Bihar & Ors.), judgment dated 13.07.2023 passed in CWJC No. 6705 of 2019 (Abdul Jabbar Ansari v. the State of

Patna High Court CWJC No.13356 of 2023 dt.03-10-2023 2/2 Bihar & Ors.) and (Lalan Prasad Singh v. the State of Bihar & Ors.), who had also preferred writ petition for similar relief, which was disposed of vide order dated 07.07.2020 passed in CWJC No. 10633 of 2019. The petitioner seeks that his case may also be disposed of in light of the aforesaid judgment and order passed by this Court and the payment with respect to the retiral dues may also be paid to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the Municipal Commissioner, Samastipur Municipal Corporation, is directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner as prayed for in the present writ petition in accordance with the direction given by this Court in light of the order relied upon by the petitioner referred hereinabove.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
