2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 163 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 324, 307, 379, 34 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner with other accused persons assaulted the informant with iron rod. They also stabbed the friend of the informant with knife. It is further alleged that all accused persons snatched Rs 15,000/- from the pocket of the informant and Rs. 5,000/- from the pocket of the friend of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

The allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. The injuries are simple in nature. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. He is under custody since 17.05.2024. The co-accused on similar circumstance, has been granted bail by this court by order dated 23-09-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65670 of 2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 163 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
