The present petition is by way of second attempt at the behest of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Madhepur P.S.Case No. 139 of 2019 under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act inasmuch as the earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court by an order dated 2.12.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27472 of 2020.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70465 of 2021(3) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 however, makes a prayer to direct the learned court below to expedite the ongoing trial.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with an observation that the ongoing trial be expedited and completed at the earliest without any further delay.
