2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 413, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is to have in possession of three stolen motorcycles along with co-accused persons.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has transpired on the confessional statement of co-accused,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64898 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 Deepak Kumar who has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64128 of 2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additonal Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2024 , subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
