The present application has been filed alleging violation of the order of the Court dated 27.02.2008 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15884 of 2004.

From the pleadings on record, it appears that the alleged contemnors have made payments by complying with the said order and further apology has already been tendered. In view of the aforesaid, the Court does not deem it appropriate to proceed against the opposite parties in the matter of contempt.
