2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 28.11.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 74486 of 2023 by this Court.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical error in the main bail petition, in the cause title, instead of father's name of petitioner i.e. "Raj Kumar Mahto", it has been wrongly typed as Ram Kumar Mandal in the aforesaid order whereby petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court and as such, he requests for making necessary correction in the cause title of said order and extension of time to surrender before the Court below.

4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the order dated 28.11.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 74486 of 2023 (in the cause title), in place of "Ram Kumar Mandal", it may be read as "Raj Kumar Mahto". Similarly, further six weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) in the office of concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.
5. Accordingly, said order passed in Cr.Misc. No. 74486 of 2023 is modified to the above extent.
6. This petition is, accordingly, allowed.
