Complainant/OP No.2 has filed a complaint petition wherein the date of occurrence has been shown as 29.06.2010. Furthermore, the averments made thereunder suggests incredible version, more particularly, in the background of the fact that there happens to be specific assertion at the end of the petitioners that complainant herself is enjoying marital status giving privilege to her husband, Md. Pinku and that being so, petitioners, namely, 1.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12248 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 Md. Nizam, 2. Meena Khatoon 3. Pinki Khatoon, 4. Chhoti Khatoon, 5. Md. Chhotu, 6. Md. Jabbar and 7. Gulshan Khatoon, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Navgachhia in Kharik PS Case No. 120/2014, GR No. 878/2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
