The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 261 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 337, 353, 435, 452, 379,380 and 427 of the IPC.

The informant is a Medical Officer posted in Bahadurganj. He alleged that on the date of occurrence 20 FIR named and 180 unknown persons kept a dead body in front of Hospital and started raising protest against the Hospital staff and administration. They also assaulted them. The accused persons set on fire the motor cycle of Sohel Khan and also took cash of Rs. 5000/- and a wrist watch from the drawer of the hospital.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the petitioner is named in the FIR nor any incriminating articles have

One of the FIR named accused namely, Bishnu Nandan Jha has been allowed anticipatory bail by the Sessions Judge itself in A.B.P. No. 5/2017. The name of this petitioner allegedly came after perusal of the C.C.T.V. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. However, counsel for the APP opposed the submissions. Considering the omnibus nature of allegation and also the fact that an FIR named accused has been granted anticipatory bail, let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest or surrender in the court below be admitted on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 261 of 2016, subject to conditions as enumerated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sanjay Kumar, J) Prakash/- U T
