JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the state. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 12.3.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5849 of 2015 to the extent that the petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2014 instead of 22.3.2014.

The said mistake perpetuated in the order due to wrong mentioning of the date of custody in the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition.

The order dated 12.3.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5849 of 2015 stands modified to the extent that the petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2014 in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 179 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned CJM, East

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13979 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 Champaran at Motihari.
