The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he shot fire at the informant which hit near the right knee of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The injury is not on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58958 of 2022(2) dt.04-02-2023 2/2 vital part of the body. Moreover, good sense has prevailed between the parties and they have compromised the matter. The compromise petition has been annexed as Annexure-2 to the petition. The petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2022. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 136 of 2022.
