2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126, 115(2), 118(1), 109 and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., on 11.02.2025 at about 4 P.M., when the informant was going to market, this petitioner and other coaccused persons caught him and took him in Thakurbadi and thereafter, assaulted informant by means of iron rod, as a result of which, the informant sustained injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation of assault is general & omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the fact that there is general & omnibus allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
