JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 22-06-2015 Learned Standing Counsel No.9 today informs this Court that the Chairman of the Commercial Taxes Tribunal has assumed charge of his office and the Tribunal has become functional. In the aforesaid circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal against the impugned order and for grant of interim protection as may be deemed fit.

In case any such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.4262 of 2015 (7) dt.22-06-2015 period of four weeks from today along with an application for condonation of delay in filing the same, the Tribunal shall consider the matter keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has been pursuing its remedy before this Court.
