Patna High Court CWJC No.867 of 2019(3) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to file an application before the ESI Corporation for payment of compensation under the ESI Act in the case of Shrawan Kumar Yadav and on account of non-payment of compensation, licence of his agency has not been renewed.

In such view of the matter, let the petitioner file an application before the Regional Director, Employees State Insurance Corporation, who will examine with regard to the fact that whether Shrawan Kumar Yadav was covered under the policy of ESI Act corresponding to the deposit made by the petitioner during the period of death of Shrawan Kumar Yadav. This writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner.
