The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 385, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with regard to petitioner No. 1.

Permission is accorded.

It is alleged that all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioners came at the Chimni of the informant and assaulted him and his brothers, as a result of which, they received injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner No. 1 and the informant are business partner and due to some business dispute, this false case has been registered against the petitioners. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The accusation of making assault with Dab is against petitioner No. 1 whose application has been withdrawn. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
