The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan (Lakhnaura) P. S. Case No. 240 of 2016 instituted under Sections 323, 327, 341, 387, 406, 420, 467, 468 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation, in brief, is that the accused persons took consideration money from the complaint, but the sale deed was not executed by them and this petitioner also informed the complainant that they will not execute the sale deed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of receiving of any consideration money by this petitioner rather the same is against his father and uncle and he has

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Sandeep Kumar, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikarahana, Ghorasahan in connection with Ghorasahan (Lakhaura) P.S.Case No. 240 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
