The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.07.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 26682 of 2015, by which the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail in connection with Dumraon P.S. case No.127 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, for extension of time to deposit 20% of the amount in question for further three months to be paid in three instalments and to confirm the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner.

Vide Annexure-3 to the present application, certain

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4535 of 2019(2) dt.15-02-2019 2/2 modifications were made in the order dated 20.07.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.26682 of 2015. The petitioner had not complied with the order of the High Court nor had complied with the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

I find no merit in the present application.

The modification application is, accordingly, dismissed.
