The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 113 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of seizure list, it is evident that the alleged recovery has been made from the son of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the recovered articles. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70028 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S.
