1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or an appropriate writ, order or orders for quashing the order, issued under the signature of respondent No.3, vide Memo no.2999/J, dated 10.05.2016, as contained in Annexure-7, whereby and whereunder he has been pleased to remove the petitioner from the post of Additional Public Prosecutor, Civil Court Purnea and further be pleased to issue a
Patna High Court CWJC No.8861 of 2016(3) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to join on the post of Additional Public prosecutor at Civil Court, Purnea, as he was earlier continuing on the said post."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands dismissed.
