2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Musarigharari P.S. Case No. 105/2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Samastipur.
3. As per prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioners are that they had tortured the informant daughter's and lastly committed murder of deceased and thrown her dead body in a pond.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60943 of 2023(3) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. There is no any specific allegation against the petitioners.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No. 105/2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
