1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chakmehsi P.S. Case No. 125 of 2023 registered under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60719 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to suspicion. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the instant case. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Samastipur in connection with Chakmehsi P.S. Case No. 125 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
