The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhagwanpur (Teyay O.P.) P.S. case No. 93/ 2019 registered under Section 307 of the IPC and u/s 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant disclosed that on 31.05.2019 on the eve of marriage of daughter of Tunna Mahto Barati had come. At about 1 in the night while the informant was moving along with Barati the petitioner came and fired from behind which hit on the thigh of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no motive of the occurrence is assigned. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case but it appears that there is specific allegation that it was the petitioner who fired causing injury on the thigh of the informant.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
