The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Lalganj P.S. Case No. 32 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, this petitioner inflicted iron rod to the informant causing injury in hand and head. It is submitted that there is case and counter case. Present case is counter blast of Lalganj PS Case No. 27 of 2021 which was lodged by the wife of petitioner against informant and others which is earlier in point of time. From perusal of FIR it is apparent that scuffle took place over possession of a piece of land between the parties in which both sides sustained

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 32 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
