09-09-2016 Heard Sri Pramod Kumar Singh, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Ramashish, learned counsel for the petitioner and Md. Arif, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The present petition was filed with a prayer to quash an order, whereby, petition filed on behalf of petitioner for discharge was rejected.
In this case, earlier a report was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'A'. On perusal of the report dated 05-09-2016 of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Gaya, through which, he has communicated the report and explanation of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya, it is evident that after closing of evidence, now the case is at the stage of argument.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34423 of 2013 (7) dt.09-09-2016 2/2 Since, the case is fixed for argument, there is no need to further examine the matter.
