JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have been caught with loaded country made pistol for which he is languishing in jail custody since 23.07.2014 and except the aforesaid accusation as well as criminal antecedent there appears to be nothing against him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class Munger in connection with Jamalpur P.S.Case No. 103 of 2014.
