Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by the order dated 13.07.2011 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 10996 of 2011 contained in Annexure-4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer, Madhubani to examine the case of the petitioner and if the case of the present petitioner is found similar to that of the petitioner in CWJC No. 10996 of 2011,

Patna High Court CWJC No.23512 of 2012(3) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 appointment letter should be issued to the petitioner. Necessary decision in this regard shall be taken by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madbhubani (substitute of District Superintendent of Education) within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
