2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103 (1) , 92 and 3(5) of BNS.

3 . As per prosecution case informant Fulpati devi alleged that her daughter was married to co-accused Baharan Sah in the year 2017 and out of their wedlock one male child was born . It is further alleged that on 23.05.2025 this petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58658 of 2025(3) dt.04-11-2025 2/3 along with son -in -law of informant killed her daughter.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Petitioner is father-in -law of the deceased. He is simply victim of over implications. He is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. It is further submitted that husband of the deceased namely Baharan Sah has already granted regular bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 17.09.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 63354 of 2025 . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the fact that husband of the deceased has already granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bagaha West Champaran in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 163 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down
