JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gangabridge P.S. Case No. 100 of 2016, registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and also to dispose of her dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are father-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased, daughter of the informant, and they have falsely been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24484 of 2017 (4) dt.19-08-2017 implicated in this case with ulterior motive. Moreover, Niraj Mahto, husband of daughter of the informant, is in custody since 19.12.2016.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Gangabridge P.S. Case No. 100 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
