Petitioner is said to be the main assailant but submission on his behalf is that he has been implicated in this case due to lodging of Kasim Bazar P. S. case no. 194/2014.

I am not at all convinced with the above stated submission and taking note of the fact that the petitioner opened fired causing death of deceased, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Kasim Bazar P. S. case no. 201/2014 pending in the court of Smt. Rachana Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Munger stands rejected.
